What we collect
The inquiry form is not yet active on this preview. Once enabled, when you submit our updates and inquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, city and state or region, area of inquiry, and any optional phone number, organization affiliation, message, or indication that a student in your family previously attended Freedom School. We also save your communication preferences, consent, and submission date.
How we use it
Freedom School uses this information to respond to inquiries, coordinate enrollment interest, volunteer and speaker opportunities, sponsorships and community partnerships, and send program news if you request updates. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll a student or guarantee a place in the program.
Storage and access
Once the inquiry form is enabled, submissions will be saved for Freedom School follow-up. They are not displayed publicly. Website hosting and storage providers process information as part of operating this service. Freedom School does not sell form submissions or use them for third-party advertising.
Your choices
You may leave optional fields blank and uncheck the email-updates option. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop updates, use the inquiry form once it is enabled and select General inquiry. Please use the same email address as your original submission so we can locate it. You can also reply to future Freedom School emails with your request.
Student information
This form is intended for parents, guardians, adult volunteers, and community members. Please do not submit student names, medical details, or other sensitive information. Student applications and permissions will be handled separately.
Other website services
